If you arrive in Viterbo earlier on the 19th and want to experience the gastronomy of Tuscia, we can recommend two solutions for a typical dinner at a reasonable price. It will also be a good opportunity to meet other participants and begin the discussion before the Seminar starts - better if done in front of a glass of good wine.

1. "Al Vecchio Orologio" (via Orologio Vecchio, 25 - Tel. +39 0761 30 57 43).

A good - but not too expensive - Pizza menu can range between 15 and 25 euros, drinks included. The restaurant offers also a good selection of typical dishes and has a well stocked wine cellar, but the price will grow according to your requests.

 2. Restaurant "La Pentolaccia" (via delle Fabbriche, 20 - Tel. +39 0761 34 27 55).

The place offers a very wide (and interesting) selection of dishes and beverages,  ranging from typical soups and pastas to main courses, especially meat and wild game. Its wine selection can easily fit any taste. The "menu of the day" will cost around 35 euros, or higher if you order a la carte.
