If you asked for our private bus service from the airport, these will be the pickup arrangement:

• one bus will leave from Fiumicino Airport at h 15.00 (3.00 pm). Estimated time to reach Viterbo h 17.00 (5.00 pm)
• one bus will leave from Fiumicino Airport at h 20.00 (8.00 pm). Estimated time to reach Viterbo h 22.00 (10.00 pm)

At both times, there will be one of our staff members with a big "EAAE SEMINAR" sign. Look for it at the meeting point.
