 | Coaching is very fashionable concept !
People who use it realize how it creates results, responsibility and motivation. Since 2005, several youth organizations have been working around this topic, inside the Youth in Action programm. Three Hungarian youth organizations decided to put together their experience and deliver this Training Course about coaching. There were 20 participants from Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Slovakia, Netherlands, Romania, France, Czech Republic, most of them are youth workers.During 8 days, they had the occasion to learn about what is coaching in the youth field, practice using it and realize voluntary projects (play sessions with the children of the village, renewing furnitures…) in the local environment.
